ARCUS GIBB is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. ARCUS GIBB collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

» ARCUS GIBB Registration
In order to apply for a vacancy, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give the following information:

    * Full Name
    * Phone Number
    * Email Address
    * Address
    * CV
    * Date of Birth
    * Qualifications

» Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie terminates.

» Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

» Communications
When a user applies for a job, they will be sent an email confirming their application.  ARCUS GIBB employees conducting recruitement may email users with update about the job they have applied for.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information online.

» Correcting/Updating Personal Information
We also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. Access to all of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our H R Manager) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as their email address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal details provided to us. Users may change their contact details by logging in and editing their details.  If a user no longer wants to be on record they can use the "Contact Us" form and request that they be removed from the databast (the user must provide the email address they registered with)
